Alumni Giving
There are many ways to give to your Alumni
Association. Here are but a few.
- PERSONAL GIVING:
- Make a Presentation: To your "old" shop or one that relates
to what you're doing now. The Association acts as a clearinghouse
for graduates to come and let students know what it's like in
the real world. Who better than someone who has walked the same
halls!?
- Alumni Council/Class Agent: Class Agents are alumni who have volunteered to
represent their classes at Alumni Association meetings, find
members of their classes, and keep us informed of their classmates'
accomplishments. Other Class Agents are available with suggestions
and help.
- Advisory Committee: Each shop has an advisory committee that meets
twice a year to review the needs of the shop. We can put you
in touch with shops who need more members.

- FINANCIAL GIVING: Please note that we have lost our funding through
the school. We are NOT yet a 501(c)(3) organization.
- Direct Contribution: By making a direct donation to the Alumni Association,
you can ensure that we are here to serve the alumni of Southeastern
for a long time. While our expenses are low, we do need to maintain
a database, host reunions and the open house, etc.
- Event Participation: Sure, we hold events so graduates can get together
and have fun. But we also try to make a few bucks to keep ourselves
going. Please come to an event and have a great time catching
up with old friends - and making a few new ones!
- Class Money:
For many years, SRVTHS has been holding funds belonging to classes.
This is a violation of state law. The Alumni Association is making
an effort to gain approval from effected classes' members and
take posession of these funds. These funds will go to the benefit
of the class for which they have been held.
- Other Giving:
You may leave funds or other items of value to the Association
in your will.
