![]() at Southeastern Regional Vocational-Technical High School; to strengthen the attachment of each of us to our chosen profession; to render positive service to The School; and to act in all practicable ways as an advocate to the cause of vocational-technical high school education; we form ourselves into an Alumni Association... About Your Alumni Association In 2000, School Superintendent James Hagar thought it would benefit the school to re-start the Alumni Association, which had been abandoned in the early '90s. Three years later, with the assistance of George Allen (a member of the original planning committee for The School in the 60s) this venture is taking shape. We can only be successful with the support of SRVTHS Alumni and various other supporters of the School. One challenge facing us is the state of the economy. Due to budget cuts in all nine member communities, The School is no longer able to help us with funding. We are currently looking at ways to raise money to become self supporting. Our expenses are not great, but it does cost money to produce and mail newsletters, hold events such as the Picnic and Reunions, and make scholarships available. If you have any ideas on fundraising, please call the Alumni Office. About the Buttons at the Top...
